Born and raised in Hawaii, Chuck Joy is a results-driven executive with over 25 years of experience developing and leading high-performing sales and operations teams. A high school graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy, Chuck earned a B.A. degree in Business Management and Finance with a Minor in Economics from Oregon State University.
With a diverse background spanning both small business ownership and leadership roles in multinational corporations —Chuck specializes in strategic management, disciplined financial oversight, and operational excellence. Expertise includes contract negotiation, supply chain management, and cultivating key partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
Having sold his company of 15 years in 2019, Chuck is enjoying providing mentorship to small businesses, both new and existing, as a way to exercise his passion for seeing small businesses succeed. He and his wife of 30 enjoy hiking, sailing, Hawaiian water sports and world travel.
